To add, change or update capacity details for any space within your venue, log into Venuemob Manager and navigate to 'Venue profile.'
Click 'Function areas' and select the space that you'd like to update or add to.
Click on the toggle next to the setup that you'd like to edit to turn it on, and type the correct capacity in the space provided.
If your space doesn't accommodate every set-up, that's okay! It's perfectly normal to only list capacities for a banquet and cocktail set-up.
Note: if your venue accommodates a particular setup (eg. Cabaret) and you don't have capacity data for that setup, you will NOT appear in search results where a customer has specified that setup.
