In the left hand column of Venuemob Manager is the event calendar feature.

This feature allows you to see, week by week, what enquiries and bookings you have for all your spaces. 

You can toggle availability on and off, to see which spaces are currently marked as booked/available.

Enquiries are marked as blue in the calendar. Click on the enquiry to expand the event and customer details, and to change its status.

Bookings are marked as green. Again, you can click on the name to expand the details of the event and customer.

Enquiries that are marked as booked will automatically update on the calendar. 

Similarly, enquiries marked as Not Booked or Cancelled will disappear from the event calendar.
