YES! 

When you send a message to the customer via Venuemob Manager, they will receive an email notification with details of the message. 

The customer will click on the 'reply' link in the email and be taken directly to their personal Venuemob account to respond. 

The customer's response will be sent to your Venuemob Manager dashboard. You will receive an email notifying you of the response (with their message).
